Seller
The seller is RARE S.A.S. di Raiola S.M. e Maestrini E.M., Via G. Garibaldi 89, 06034 Foligno (PG), P.IVA 03596640544, email info@rarecocktailhouse.com ("Rare"). These terms apply to purchases made in the rarecocktailhouse.com shop: Rare-branded clothing and items, and gift cards. The Italian version of these terms prevails.
Products
Clothing and items are printed or embroidered on demand after you order, by our production partner Printful, which ships them directly. Colours and details may differ slightly from the photos. The gift card is a digital voucher to be used at Rare, Via G. Garibaldi 89, Foligno.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro, VAT included. Shipping is calculated on the products and quantity and shown before payment. Payment takes place on Stripe's secure page: Rare never receives or stores your card details. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed; you receive the receipt by email.
Shipping
We ship to Italy only. Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days from the order, plus production time; times are indicative. If the parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to info@rarecocktailhouse.com.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason, by writing to info@rarecocktailhouse.com. Products must be returned intact and unused; return costs are yours. We refund the amount paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method; we may wait until we receive the products.
Gift card
The gift card is worth the amount purchased, on Rare's whole list, for 12 months from the purchase date shown in the email. It can be used over several visits until the balance runs out. It cannot be exchanged for cash. The code works like a ticket: keep it safe, because whoever presents it can use it. You may withdraw from a gift card purchase within 14 days if it has not been used yet.
Warranty
Consumer purchases are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). If a product has a printing or manufacturing defect, send us a photo and we will replace or refund it.
Personal data
The data you give us for your order is used to fulfil it, as described in Privacy and cookies.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any problem write to info@rarecocktailhouse.com. If you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence has jurisdiction.
